Description

Flowise is a drag & drop user interface to build a customized large language model flow. Prior to 3.1.3, several organization billing endpoints in packages/server/src/enterprise/routes/organization.route.ts and packages/server/src/enterprise/controllers/organization.controller.ts accept attacker-controlled Stripe subscriptionId values without verifying that the identifier belongs to the authenticated user's organization. An authenticated attacker can perform unauthorized Stripe subscription operations on other tenants, including changing subscription plans or modifying seat quantities, resulting in financial impact and service disruption. This issue is fixed in 3.1.3.

Detection & mitigation playbook

Open-source dependency
  1. Detect

Scan your dependency tree (package-lock.json, pnpm-lock.yaml, requirements.txt, go.sum, etc.) for flowise, including transitive dependencies — a direct dependency you never call can still pull in a vulnerable version.

  2. Fix

Update flowise to 3.1.3 or later, then make sure no transitive (indirect) dependency still pins the vulnerable range — O3 confirms CVE-2026-70476 is resolved across your whole dependency graph.

  3. Workarounds

If you can't upgrade right away: gate or disable the affected feature, validate untrusted input at the boundary, and avoid passing attacker-controlled data into the vulnerable path. O3's runtime protection blocks exploitation in production as an interim safeguard until the upgrade lands.

  4. How O3 protects you

O3 Security's impact-aware SCA analyses which vulnerable code paths your application actually calls, so a match like CVE-2026-70476 can be triaged on real exposure rather than presence alone.

Tailored to CVE-2026-70476. Runtime protection reduces exposure until a permanent patch is applied and verified — it complements patching, it doesn't replace it.
