The function accepts viewer identity and IP address as caller-supplied parameters without authentication, allowing fabrication of arbitrary audit log entries. An attacker can tamper with the legal audit trail of any signed document, undermining non-repudiation.","published":"2026-08-11T12:17:39.847","modified":"2026-08-11T12:17:39.847","cvss":{"score":7.5,"severity":"HIGH","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:N/I:H/A:N"},"epss":null,"cisaKev":null,"exploitsKnown":null,"affectedPackages":[],"fix":null,"references":[{"type":"WEB","url":"https://github.com/OpenSignLabs/OpenSign"}],"provenance":{"sources":["OSV.dev","NVD","FIRST.org (EPSS)"],"lastVerified":"2026-08-11T12:17:39.847"}}
