{"id":"CVE-2026-46372","aliases":["GHSA-qg89-qwwh-5f3j"],"url":"https://o3.security/vulnerability/CVE-2026-46372","summary":"SillyTavern: SSRF in SearXNG Search Proxy via Unvalidated baseUrl","details":"SillyTavern is a locally installed user interface that allows users to interact with text generation large language models, image generation engines, and text-to-speech voice models. Prior to 1.18.0, SillyTavern exposes /api/search/searxng, which accepts attacker-controlled baseUrl and uses it directly to build outbound server-side fetches. An authenticated low-privilege user can point baseUrl at an internal or loopback HTTP service and receive the /search response body. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.18.0.","published":"2026-05-29T17:41:58.146Z","modified":"2026-08-12T03:51:32.136315428Z","cvss":{"score":8.5,"severity":"HIGH","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:C/C:H/I:L/A:N"},"epss":{"score":0.00866,"percentile":0.55541,"asOf":"2026-08-14"},"cisaKev":null,"exploitsKnown":0,"affectedPackages":[{"ecosystem":"npm","name":"sillytavern","fixedVersion":"1.18.0"}],"fix":null,"references":[{"type":"ADVISORY","url":"https://github.com/CVEProject/cvelistV5/tree/main/cves/2026/46xxx/CVE-2026-46372.json"},{"type":"ADVISORY","url":"https://github.com/SillyTavern/SillyTavern/security/advisories/GHSA-qg89-qwwh-5f3j"},{"type":"ADVISORY","url":"https://nvd.nist.gov/vuln/detail/CVE-2026-46372"}],"provenance":{"sources":["OSV.dev","FIRST.org (EPSS)"],"lastVerified":"2026-08-12T03:51:32.136315428Z"}}
