{"id":"CVE-2026-41279","aliases":["GHSA-5fw2-mwhh-9947"],"url":"https://o3.security/vulnerability/CVE-2026-41279","summary":"Flowise: Unauthenticated TTS endpoint accepts arbitrary credential IDs — enables API credit abuse via stored credentials","details":"Flowise is a drag & drop user interface to build a customized large language model flow. Prior to 3.1.0, the text-to-speech generation endpoint (POST /api/v1/text-to-speech/generate) is whitelisted (no auth) and accepts a credentialId directly in the request body. When called without a chatflowId, the endpoint uses the provided credentialId to decrypt the stored credential (e.g., OpenAI or ElevenLabs API key) and generate speech. This vulnerability is fixed in 3.1.0.","published":"2026-04-23T19:53:15.237Z","modified":"2026-08-12T03:51:34.757263055Z","cvss":null,"epss":{"score":0.00261,"percentile":0.18076,"asOf":"2026-09-17"},"cisaKev":null,"exploitsKnown":0,"affectedPackages":[{"ecosystem":"npm","name":"flowise","fixedVersion":"3.1.0"}],"fix":null,"references":[{"type":"ADVISORY","url":"https://github.com/CVEProject/cvelistV5/tree/main/cves/2026/41xxx/CVE-2026-41279.json"},{"type":"ADVISORY","url":"https://github.com/FlowiseAI/Flowise/security/advisories/GHSA-5fw2-mwhh-9947"},{"type":"ADVISORY","url":"https://nvd.nist.gov/vuln/detail/CVE-2026-41279"}],"provenance":{"sources":["OSV.dev","FIRST.org (EPSS)"],"lastVerified":"2026-08-12T03:51:34.757263055Z"}}
